Salmon Snacks

For a quick snack that is taaaaaaaasty

  • 2 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 kallo corn cakes
  • lemon juice
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 sprigs dill


  1. Spoon a tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese onto each corn cake and sprinkle a little salt.

  2. Squeeze lemon onto each slice of salmon and add a little pepper before laying a piece on each corn cake.

  3. Chop up the dill and sprinkle on top of the salmon...and Enjoy!
