For a quick snack that is taaaaaaaasty
- 2 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 2 kallo corn cakes
- lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- 2 sprigs dill
Spoon a tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese onto each corn cake and sprinkle a little salt.
Squeeze lemon onto each slice of salmon and add a little pepper before laying a piece on each corn cake.
Chop up the dill and sprinkle on top of the salmon...and Enjoy!
